Deadline to Submit Swag Bag Items: March 31, 2025
All sponsors and Trade Show exhibitors are invited to submit items for inclusion in delegate bags (“swag bags”). They must be received at the NBREA office no later than this date.

Please note that if deadlines above are not met, inclusions cannot be guaranteed. Fees and charges will still apply.
Once your completed form is received and processed, NBREA will prepare an invoice and send it to you by email.

Invoice payment is due in full upon receipt and, in all cases, no later than two weeks prior to the Conference (March 31, 2025).
